Payment - entry info

Entry to All events is via email with direct electronic fee transfer, print and post and also secure credit card registration and payment with Active network.

To align with our 'Green marketing strategy' We will not be printing any more entry forms or sending any paper mail correspondence. All event communication updates will be via email and SMS.

Entries must be recieved by the entry close date or they will incur the Late Fee.

Late Fees:
Road events: Late fees of $15.00 are applicable to all entrys recieved after the close date and to all entries on the day of the event.

Mountainbike events: Late fees of $20.00 (per rider) are applicable to all entrys recieved after the close date and to all entries recieved 24hrs before the day of the event.

Entry Transfers to another rider (before the event) or another event:
Entries may be formally transferred upon the payment of a $20.00 transfer fee up to the entry close date, and can only be transferred to another person or another event (even within the same event)with permission of Depeche Cycling Promotions. Entries transferred without permission of Depeche Cycling Promotions will be invalid.

Refunds/Transfers:
If you are unable to participate, entry fees will be refunded less a $20.00 administration fee upon formal written request up to the entry close date. No refunds after the close off date.

Or if you are injured or unable to compete we can offer you a entry transfer to the following years event or another event we organise. Transfer of an entry can only occur once. If you do not use the agreed upon transfered entry you will forfeit the entry.

Confirmation of Entry and Registration:
Electronic transfer or Banking of your entry cheque is your comfirmation of entry.

Depeche Cycling Promotions reserves the right to refuse entrys to any of our events from anyone for any reason.
